As we reach the holiday season, the global bank holidays will impact when your foreign exchange and payments can be processed. You’ll still be able to access your online account throughout the holidays, but some payments won’t be settled until the next available working day.

Our team will be out of office on the following days, so any requests sent through to your Client Manager or our wider team will be picked up on the next available working day.
With the New Year approaching, we say farewell to the memories of 2022, along with the Croatian Kuna (HRK). Croatia will now be adopting the Euro (EUR) as their main currency, therefore HRK will not be accessible through your 3S Money account from Sunday, January 1. If you have any questions on this, please reach out to your Client Manager.
