3S Money is not a bank. We are an Electronic Money Institution that provides multi-currency international business accounts as well as foreign exchange solutions. We are licenced and regulated by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and Dubai’s Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Who is eligible for a 3S Money account in Luxembourg?

How do I apply for a 3S Money account?
Opening an account with 3S Money couldn’t be easier. We only need a few details about you, your business, and your international payment needs. Simply complete our application form, and our team will take care of the rest.
Can 3S Money provide customer support in different languages?
As a global business, we use English as a first language for all written communications. However, with dedicated Relationship Managers across seven global offices - we aim to provide local language support where possible.
What is share capital?
Share capital is the agreed form of money or assets a business must deposit when incorporating a business in Luxembourg. It represents the shareholders' contributions, and the value depends on the business type and operational industry.
What is a blocking certificate?
A blocking certificate confirms that the agreed amount of share capital has been paid out and deposited into a respective account. If you require a blocking certificate, your dedicated Relationship Manager will manage the process with your legal notary.
