What is Xero, and how does it integrate with 3S Money?
Xero is accounting software that assists businesses in managing their finances effectively. Our integration is an automatic connection that synchronises your transactions directly from your 3S Money portal to your Xero account.
Do I need to have my own Xero account?
You must create or own an existing Xero account to set up the integration. 3S Money doesn’t provide you with a Xero account.
Is it free to connect my 3S Money account to Xero?
Yes - 3S Money doesn’t charge any setup costs or hidden fees for integrating your account with Xero.
How do I connect my 3S Money account to Xero?
1. Log in to your 3S Money client portal by clicking here.
2. Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ tab.
3. Select the account you want to connect to and click the Xero icon.
4. You will then be redirected to the Xero portal. Follow the on-screen instructions to establish the connection.
How frequently will 3S Money transactions be synchronised to Xero?
Transactions are synchronised approximately every 15 minutes, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
Can I connect multi-currency accounts to Xero?
To connect your 3S Money multi-currency accounts with Xero, you must hold an existing Xero Premium or Xero Ultimate subscription.
My transactions aren't importing to Xero. What should I do?
If your transactions are not importing, try the following steps:
1. Initiate a manual sync by logging onto your client portal and clicking the Xero button.
2. If the issue persists, please contact your dedicated Relationship Manager for assistance.
