How can I cancel a completed transfer?

If you’ve completed a transfer but need to recall the funds, there are some options available.
 
If you know the recipient, you should contact them to request the return of the funds.
 
If you don’t know the recipient, or they’re unwilling to return the funds, please speak to your Personal Client Manager. They can call the beneficiary’s bank to request a recall of the funds.

Please be aware the success of this claim is based upon when the funds were sent, along with which payment network was used.
