Are there any restrictions on when I can exchange money?
While our clients can instruct a currency exchange through the user portal whenever they like, please be aware that the fulfilment of these can be impacted by bank holidays and weekends. Any settlement will be completed as soon as possible.
Specific currencies may be impacted by regional bank holidays or celebrations, so please reach out to your Personal Client Manager if you’re planning on exchanging – we typically recommend requesting any exchange in advance to avoid any delays.
