Who is 3S Money regulated by?

3S Money is regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), a conduct regulator of 51,000 financial services firms and financial markets in the UK. The FCA was established to ensure that financial institutions abide by a strict set of rules designed to protect businesses, consumers, and the market in which they operate, all while encouraging competition.

The FCA needs to regulate and authorise each firm and individual looking to work in the financial markets. This involves applicants meeting set requirements on metrics such as budgets, resources, systems, and controls, while business plans and key staff are analysed to confirm their proficiency.

At 3S Money, we always act with complete transparency and honesty – our clients sit at the heart of everything we do. Our regulators monitor us to make sure what we say and do is in line with their regulatory standards. By operating in accordance with our licences, our clients can feel confident about the security of their funds and our services.
