Why did my account get temporarily restricted?

There are a few reasons why access to your 3S Money account may have been temporarily restricted:
 

You tried to log in with incorrect details


The most common reason users get temporarily locked from their account is because they attempt to log in with incorrect details!
 

Fraudulent activity was detected

If we detect fraudulent activity, we’ll temporarily restrict access to your account.

This is for security purposes, to ensure both your account and funds are kept safe. Other verified users will still be able to access the account.
