How do I update my business address/trading name?

Please call or email your Personal Client Manager if you need to update your business address or trading name. They’ll ask for the following details:

  • Your existing business address and/or trading name

  • The new business address and/or trading name

  • Proof of the new business address and identity documents

They may also need to verify your identity again through video identification. 

If you’re unsure who your Personal Client Manager is, please check in the bottom left-hand corner of your account on our client portal.
