How do I send batch payments?

This step-by-step guide'll show you how to set up, process, send, and manage batch payments from your Client Portal. Let's get started:

1. Log in to your Control Panel and click the "Transfer money" button on the floating bar:

2. Click the "Batch" link in the top right corner:

3. On the next screen, select the account from which you want to make payments:

4. Prepare a CSV file with batch details

We've provided an XLS template that you can download in your Client Portal. Select the account you want to send the batch from, click "Download template (XLS)," and follow the instructions within the file.

The template will contain only the payment types available for the selected account. The required field for the selected payment type is highlighted in red. To fill the sting with the correct data, duplicate it, remove the present information and enter your own.

4. Save your file as CSV and upload it

5. The system will calculate the number of payment records in the file. If everything is correct, click "Yes, That's Right."

6. The status will display as "Pending" for a while. Stay on the page and wait for the payments to pass initial recognition.

7. If everything is correct, you will receive a DUO confirmation request:

8. After you've confirmed the payment with DUO, You will see the following screen:

9. Copy and save the link to check the payment status anytime. It usually takes between 10 and 60 minutes for the batch to process fully.

10. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been processed.
