I’ve applied for a 3S Money account. What happens next?

Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll arrive at a screen displaying your current progress in the application.

This section also includes handy summary of which directors and shareholders have completed their video verification.

You’ll also have to complete your video verification process – a link to this can be found in the email you’ll receive after you’ve submitted your application.

To complete your verification, please have the following ready:

  • Your passport or ID card, ensuring it’s in date and the original document (no photocopies)

  • Your smartphone: you’ll be asked to confirm your phone number with an SMS code

From here, you'll also have the ability to resend a link, in case you weren’t able to complete the video verification within the initial 24-hour window.

You’ll also receive a welcome call from our Sales team.

They’ll speak to you about the answers you provided as part of your application, how your account will be configured, and request any additional documentation or answers as needed.

Once the above steps have been completed, our compliance team will then review your application.

If successful, we’ll introduce you to your Client Manager – your personal contact for any queries you have. They’ll set up your 3S Money account, and open any local IBANs you need.
