Why do I sometimes need to supply supporting documents for a transaction?
Sometimes, we may ask you to provide supporting documents before we can proceed with a transaction.
This is because we’re regulated under an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and it’s part of our regulatory obligations to tackle money laundering.
If we do have to request any documents from you, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
