Think you have a great idea for an app? KODE is the company that can turn your idea into a reality. Since 2014, they've brought together developers, designers, and product managers from around the world. Their goal was to create a team with the skills companies need to develop, design and build mobile applications, websites and high-performance backend systems.

From booking and check-in flows for airlines, to personal training apps, their services deliver a valuable presence in the digital landscape for their clients and bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue every month.

The challenge

As an international IT company with clients, contractors, and a large team located around the world, KODE was looking for a banking solution – one with convenient online services that would provide fast international payments and support accounting in many currencies. 

KODE isn’t the kind of company that settles for “good enough”. Fast-paced and always with their eyes on perfection, they wanted a solution that would give them global financial reach at minimal cost. And, like the services they build for their clients, it needed to be scalable.

Fortunately, KODE had worked with 3S Money to develop some digital products in 2018 and so decided to start their search with us. They didn’t need to look any further.

Outcome

Our International Business Account offered all the functionality KODE was looking for. They’d be able to make and receive payments in 190+ countries and 65+ currencies, get FX rates up to five times lower than traditional banks, and receive support from a dedicated Client Manager. What’s more, 3S Money’s platform would enable them to view all their transactions in a single dashboard, streamlining their financial operations.

Onboarded by Eva Obersneider, the KODE team were quickly up and running with our straightforward, intuitive platform. They were able to send and receive funds internationally with total ease, giving their business the global financial reach it needed. 

Impact

Once KODE started using their 3S Money International Business Account, they found that outgoing and incoming payments, as well as currency conversions, were processed quickly. As well as the ease of transacting in AED, USD, and EUR, KODE is now benefitting from favourable FX rates up to five times lower than traditional banks.

Their 3S Money dashboard gives a streamlined view of all their global transactions, providing access for multiple users in different countries. As a result, the management flow of KODE’s company finances has simplified tremendously.

While day-to-day transactions tick along happily, any non-standard cases can be easily resolved too. Dedicated Client Manager, Timofejs Stepanovs, is always on hand to help the KODE team. Rather than relying on automated helplines or chatbots, 3S Money believes that personal human support translates into a stronger business relationship.
