Here are our operating hours this holiday season. For our clients needing to access their Global Business Account, however, it’ll be business as usual. You’ll still be able to instruct and receive payments through your client dashboard at any time – they just won’t be settled until the next working day.

Currency holidays

Likewise, if you’re planning to exchange currencies over the festive period, please be aware of our currency holidays. With bank holidays impacting currency settlement times, we recommend requesting in advance to avoid any delays. If you request a currency exchange on a bank holiday or weekend, the settlement will be completed at the next available date.

Please note: we'll still support USD, EUR and GBP at a higher surcharge for instant settlement under £300,000 over the festive period. RUB settlements will be unavailable between December 25 – January 10.
